We're seeking a creative and self-motivated Social Media Content Manager who understands the beauty of locs, the culture of natural hair, and the strategy behind getting seen online. If you love turning raw video into scroll-stopping Reels, writing captions with purpose, and growing real engagement (not bots), we want to hear from you.

✨ What You’ll Do:

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar (IG focused, with possible expansion)

• Turn salon photos/videos into Reels, carousel posts, and stories

• Write captions in our voice (bold, professional, a little spicy, and always respectful)

• Research and apply high-performing hashtags

• Post content 3–5x per week and monitor basic engagement

• Suggest new content ideas that align with our brand

🧠 Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience managing social content for beauty or lifestyle brands (bonus points for experience with locs, braids, or natural hair care)

• Knows how to turn a 30-second video into a Reel that performs

• Stays up-to-date on IG trends, audio, and engagement tactics

• Can work independently, hit deadlines, and communicate clearly

• Lives and breathes social (but knows when to log off 😅)

📦 What You’ll Get:

• Part-time, remote role (independent contractor)

• Starting rate: $500/month for 12–16 posts, with room to grow
