Necia was very professional and attentive. She made sure I was very comfortable during my installation. She answered all my questions and explained how I needed to maintain my locs at home. She is very knowledgeable. She also checked with me to make sure I was satisfied with the size and look by completing a few locs for me to look over before completing my install. She is very fast.
